Lamps with Map Lights

This retrofit fits the following models:
Audi A3 8P Hatchback (2003 - 2010)
Audi A3 8P Sportback (2004 - 2010)
Audi A4 Sedan (2001 - 2008)
Audi A4 Avant (2001 - 2008)
Audi A4 S4 (2001 - 2008)
Audi RS4 (2006 - 2008)

Introduction

My Audi A3 8P Sportback was unfortunately born with standard light modules. It is a small and easy retrofit which I can recommend when driving the late and dark hours of the day.

I started replacing the one at the front. Then I thought I wanted to replace the one at the back as I found it cheap on ebay. Then I got a good offer on the one in front with Ambient light, so I replaced the front one again.

Please bear in mind that this retrofit is created specific for cars without sunroof. The retrofit should however be almost the same but different part numbers.

Time

30 minutes.

With the correct tools, a little caution this retrofit only takes a couple of minutes, I did however note it as 30 minutes, as you always needs to find the tools, get out to the car, etc.

I do not recommend using power tools or screwdrivers but instead spend a little extra on plastic tools.

Usage

I expect everyone to know how to turn on/off the lamps.
